Liked: Great location, walking distance to main attractions. Very nice breakfast. Very comfortable beds . Modern bathroom .
Disliked: Rooms need a bit of updating. In some places wallpaper was coming off .

Liked: Excellent location just a few minutes away from old city center as well as public transport and important landmarks, I liked the old time charm of the hotel and the view to the Krakow opera from our room. I also liked the service in the room with fresh set of water, sparkling water, tea and coffee daily. The bathroom was spacious and well designed. The breakfast was really fantastic, it far exceeded our expectations and it was very much value for money. Staff were professional and friendly
Disliked: For a three star hotel we cannot ask for more, the property would do better with some minor renovations of the room like the wall paper however that didn't bother us at all

Disliked: Some transport providers can’t enter old town as they are restricted to keep traffic down. We had to walk into old town from the next street.
