Disappointing

Liked: staff was okay
Disliked: The shower head in our room can’t adjust direction that we had to hand hold it when showering.One of the window blinds doesn’t work that can’t be properly shut down all the time.Level 6 (one floor under the terrace) seems to have been flooded in the past; wall paints closed to the floor are cracked.Old toilet seat with scratch and stain on it that can’t be wiped off.No full body mirror

Good for what we needed

Liked: Nice staff, clean room, close location to the wedding venue we were going to.
Disliked: Construction noise within the hotel early Sunday morning. Was very disappointed.Bit outside of the city centre but we were happy to walk around.

Gross and really small

Liked: The lobby is OK
Disliked: The room is gross and there's mold in every corner& crevice. My room was not properly cleaned at all. This is not a 4 star hotel. Gross.

Very pleasant staff , easily...

Liked: Laid out very well
Disliked: The view out the window ,, there was none , I would like the hotel to explain or ask people about this , I was disappointed the window was frosted and the room overlooked an alley
