Liked: It was clean, location was good too
Disliked: Their service, they don’t give hotel service, my room wasn’t cleaned out throughout my whole stay! Also the rooms are very small. With that value of money they should be able to give full services.

A stop for passing through

Liked: We liked its proximity to the tube and various pubs. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The room was the size of a shoebox, the A/C would constantly stop working. The sink in the bathroom would not drain and the shower has zero pressure. There were also no windows, which made the room feel even smaller. Good for 1 night stay but would not for a prolonged stay.

Liked: Great value for money, perfect location, staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Could have done with a kettle and tea/coffee in the room

Nice hotel close to Freddie...

Liked: The room is nice and ergonomic - you have everything to stay with comfort (chargers, hooks for outwear, sanitary staff). Big TV. It was warm and clean. Good breakfast. Hotel staff is very polite and professional. Reception works 24 hours so you can check-in and check-out any time you need.And, the most important think for me - Freddie Mercury's house right in the window)
Disliked: The room is tiny but it is something we were aware.

Great place, but they could...

Liked: The staff was great and place was very well located, they are in the middle of a great neighborhood and everything was clean.
Disliked: Internet was that good, at some moment was really bad, and my data was leaked, so I advise the company to take more care of their servers. Even knowing we stayed and everything went well.
