Liked: The location was excellent, close to public transport and within easy reach of major attractions, making it perfect for exploring the city. The quality of the accommodation was great for the price, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

Terrible hotel that is more...

Liked: Besides the location, nothing.
Disliked: No heating in the room. No maintenance to fix the broken ‘heating’ fan. No manager to attend to the issue. Unable to move me to a room with heating. Tiny room. Tiny shower room.

A modern and lovely hotel...

Liked: Good location. Room is very modern and well planned out for such a small space. The room is very clean. Friendly staff. Overall, a great hotel for short stay in that part of London.
Disliked: Room a little small with no space for luggage but it's ok for short stay. Our room is at located at basement and I felt a little claustrophobia and worried whether can I escape safely during emergency such as fire. There were major maintenance work being carried out along the corridor and we could only see 2 elevators as escape route. Would be lovely to have a kettle with tea/coffee in the room. There are many big trash bins right next to the entrance of the hotel and that did not leave a good first impression.
