Ideal for our 1 night...

Liked: Location great for us, staff very friendly. Room small and compact but ideal for our 1 night stay. Didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on food etc
Disliked: Although you could buy coffee etc in the reception/lounge area it would have been great to have a kettle for a brew in the morning - just basic tea & coffee. Charge of £3 per bag to leave luggage, never had to pay before. We only had 1 so it wasn’t too bad! Walls are a bit thin but we were lucky with noise levels.

Rude Staff

Liked: Near Station
Disliked: Rude staff, told us we had complimentary breakfast which we was happy about then the same staff member told us we had to pay for it when we woke up early and he pretended to not know who we was (Im not exactly unforgettable im covered in tattoos) was just generally rude and treated us like we were trying to get a freebie!

Not a hotel experience for...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The rooms are not fit for anymore than a single occupancy and gate that there isn’t any tea/coffee making in the room. Very uncomfortable pillows and the shower gel didn’t dispense and no shampoo in the bathroom although I do appreciate it’s a budget hotel!
