Lovely hotel with great staff

Liked: Nice modern property with friendly staff. Closely situated to a few shops and the canal which is a lovely place to walk. About ten minutes walk to tube station.
Disliked: Didn’t realise how close to hospital it was so siren noise is quite loud. Maybe would benefit from providing ear plugs in rooms (seen this before in hotels with noisy locations.)

Superb

Liked: Clean and cozy room, very kind and helpful staff, location is great - near the metro and bus stops. Walking distance from Marble Arch or Paddington.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room

Perfect location. Clean but small...

Liked: Staff was kind. Room was clean. Location was perfect.
Disliked: Air conditioner was a bit problematic. The remote was embedded on the wall. We couldn’t set the temperature.

Fabulous economic hotel choice.

Liked: Small room but perfectly equipped, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom.Lovely staff, fresh and clean reception area.Really convenient for Paddington Station! Walking distance to South Kensington museums, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall amongst other options! Will book direct next time for a better deal!
Disliked: The AC machine decided to malfunction about 3am! Woke me up and had to switch it off, but no way to ventilate the room once it's off.Drink making facility would have been a bonus.
