Liked: It was a welcoming feeling when you got in to the hotel, that made you feel safe and relaxed. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are small, but clean. We didn't hear much of the street noise, so we slept well.
Disliked: Our room was a little bit small, but It had everything we needed.

Liked: Location is not bad it’s around a 15 minute walk to the Marble Arch, lots of shops and restaurants close by. Room was basic but very modern and really clean.
Disliked: Children playing in the hotel corridors from around 8am which was very loud, could hear everything through my room. No kettle in room to make a hot drink.

Disliked: Green light from the smoke detector lights up the whole room. Bathroom water smelled. The rattle and noice from the subway every 10-15 min

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast (free if you book directly with the hotel), and the price is much better when booked directly.
Disliked: The smell of the soap and shampoo was terrible, and no alternatives were available.
