We stayed 2 nights and we thoroughly loved it. Our room wasn't huge, but we were only there to sleep, so it was perfect.

Liked: Cleanliness; comfortable room; great staff.
Disliked: None.

Nice modern hotel close to...

Liked: Modern hotel a few minutes walk from Kings Cross. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Everything worked well. Free coffees in the reception area was a nice touch.
Disliked: The rooms, like most in London are really small.

Third overnight stay before Eurostar...

Liked: Room with TV was very comfortable, even without a window. Sound insulation was good, even though the hotel is on a busy road.
Disliked: I thought I had checked in on line OK but had to go through it again on arrival at the hotel.

Liked: The room was modern and very clean, although small. A clean bathroom with powerful shower. Free tea and coffee in Reception. Staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful.We were given an early check in at no extra cost.Location was good for us with its proximity to King's Cross

Liked: The location is excellent so it was easy to get around to places within and out of London. The complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby instead of the room was a nice touch. We were unprepared as there was no toothbrush and toothpaste even though it is stated toiletries are provided.
