Point A Hotel London Kings Cross - St. Pancras, London

We stayed 2 nights and we thoroughly loved it. Our room wasn't huge, but we were only there to sleep, so it was perfect.

Liked: Cleanliness; comfortable room; great staff.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Hotel is great value for money, short walk from King’s Cross & great location for getting around central London. Staff are very friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Was a little noisy, could hear the traffic outside so maybe avoid if your a light sleeper

Vibrant hub for exploring London's...

Liked: Located conveniently close to Kings Cross station, Point A Kings Cross is a great location for solo travelers or couples who are only intending a small stay.
Disliked: The rooms are small meaning the bathroom is also small. I am a plus sized woman and struggled to get into the shower as the sink was too close to the entrance of the shower. The doors of the shower are fold in/out doors so they could not be maneuvered to allow flexibility to get into the shower. A bit dissapointing seeing as I have never had this issue up until now (whilst I have described myself as plus size, there are bigger people than me who would not be able to fit in at all).

Liked: The hotel is located 5 minutes from King Cross which is a good starting point for exploring London. The staff is respectful and helpful. The room is quiet and comfortable enough for one person - it would be too small for two. Good breakfast.
Disliked: They clean the room every three days. No hand towel. The bathroom could have been cleaner in the first place. No wardrobe in the room. The AC is not working properly - it would start to blow cold air after a while. They charge for luggage storage.

Kicked out of hotel room...

Liked: Location. No ten minutes walk from Kings Cross Underground.
Disliked: On the third day, we came back and couldn’t enter the hotel with our cards. The hotel staff told me they’d tried to contact me (they didn’t) because we had to check out that day. I booked from 10-12 till 14-12, this happened on 12-12. There was simply no way we were checking out, but the rooms were on other people’s names already and had been cleared out, meaning everything from safes and luggage was collected and brought to the office. After not believing me at first, the hotel staff showed us our new rooms for the last two days. Smaller, less comfortable and bathrooms without locks. There’s a constant noise in the hotel and not even from guests, the lights in the rooms are unbelievably obnoxious, and the bed is small for two people and moves a lot. Avoid.
