Comfortable compact room. Friendly reception...

Liked: The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were clear instructions on how to operate the heating / air conditioning system. The hotel is close to several restaurants and access to DLR, Elizabeth & Jubilee Line stations getting you to Central London in under 30 minutes.
Disliked: My room was very small, with no wardrobes to hang clothes. That didn’t matter to me as I was only there for one night. However, there were a few wall hangers & ample space under the bed for suitcases. No water, tea or coffee in the room, but available to buy at the reception desk.
