Fantastic staff and location. Heating...

Liked: Very clean and staff were very friendly.
Disliked: No tea or coffee facilities in the room . The hearing didn’t work .

Liked: Clean, quiet and comfortable room in an excellent location near the two main stations and the bus to the airport. The room is very compact, but assuming that you just want it as a base, it's absolutely fine
Disliked: There was confusion with our booking, but as we ended up with two doubles rather than one twin, we can hardly complain!
