Property was perfect but had...

Liked: The property was great. Perfect location, good value, clean, friendly staff etc
Disliked: Everything about the property was great HOWEVER a couple weeks after booking i received a text supposedly from the hotel saying if i dont make the payment now then I will lose my booking. After i used the payment link sent to pay, I realised it was a scam (my own fault for not checking with the hotel first, I know).But when I called the hotel they said they had a data breach and were fully aware of the scam. I thinks its extremely bad that they didn't contact all guests as soon as they found out to inform them. Luckily i was able to get my money back from the bank so it wasn't a huge issue for me but I could have lost out on hundreds of pounds.

Brilliant stopover for a night...

Liked: Super clean, incredibly comfortable bed, warm and cozy, modern bathroom, helpful staff! Location is perfect for accessing just about anything in the city centre.
Disliked: Obviously the rooms are small but that’s entirely the point! It’s a cheap and convenient central hotel where you can crash after a day out in Glasgow or a long flight.
