It was good and staff...

Liked: It was good location, staff were very friendly and accommodating however the room was very very tiny.
Disliked: The room was very small

Liked: Staff cleanliness and location all very good.
Disliked: Room was very small. We were on lower ground floor, I would have preferred to be above ground.

Nice small hotel

Liked: Nice small hotel. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. Lovely christmas devirations and friendly staff.
Disliked: Small room, a bit expensive, but that was expected so close to christmas.

Liked: Friendly staff, good location, clean room. The free drink token!
Disliked: Coffee machine in the room would have been good! An extra pillow would have been good, and a room with a better view.

Great hotel for a cosy...

Liked: The staff were great and couldn’t do enough for you. It’s great there’s someone on hand 24/7. I asked for extra pillows and got them no issues. It was my birthday and they left a card and balloons on the bed whisking me a happy birthday on my arrival. A decent location to all the action and train station. 10/15 minutes walk from all major attractions.
Disliked: Rooms very small and compact. Not a negative as it was quite cosy but if you like a spacious room this one is probably not for you. Noise wasn’t great either. Could hear people walking above and next door having a pee
