Liked: Enormous room and the bath was amazing. Nice touches like the bottles of water and crisps. Biscuits and hot chocolate sachets in the room. Nice big towels and bathrobes. Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant. Good toiletries.
Disliked: Could move to dispensers instead of multiple small bottles of toiletries. Some of the decor felt very slightly tired.

Liked: The staff were friendly, helpful with the parking and the facilities were very nice. Well located and communication I had before arriving was prompt and thorough.
Disliked: The place was clean except there was a dead cockroach in the bedroom area on the floor, something I find hard to not mention. They should accommodate international travelers better and have USB ports next to the bed (or desk area), something you find in most hotels today (even budget hotels). Also, it seems to be somewhat common in the UK, but many hotels do not have elevators, but 2-3 floors one needs to go up to get to your room. When traveling with wheely luggage and carpeted floors, they should offer the option of a ground floor room or wing with an elevator.

Liked: We were shown to our room by a member of staff.Very helpful staff at reception, restaurant, bar. Everywhere! All looked us in the eye and smiled as we passed each other. Copper bath was very comfortable and easy to get in and out of.Perfectly cooked salmon in pastry and poached eggs
Disliked: Ramp in bedroom passageway Saying farewell to the staff and going home!
