Room was clean; hotel floor secure; price reasonable. Close to everywhere we were visiting, all in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: We liked the location, overall nice place.
Disliked: Our rooms had issues with cleanliness, because there was dust under the bed and web.

Liked: They accommodated my date change request immediately. The room was small but comfortable. The location is excellent, about a 10 minute walk from Times Square and 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station.

Close enough to be in...

Liked: I really like the room. It is small, but served it's purpose. It kind of reminded me of a cruise ship room. I was traveling with my sister, and we were able to have our own bed - and each bunk has it's own TV and charging station in wall to charge all your devices - without paying higher price for a 2 double/queen room. The location is very nice - on 9th avenue, it is far enough from the heavy traffic to be quieter, but close enough to everything that you don't have to walk too far. I have stayed here several times and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Really nothing I don't like about this hotel. I felt very safe here. I like having to take an elevator to the actual lobby, and then take another elevator. However, if you are older and don't feel you, or roommate, can climb a ladder to sleep in top bunk, not the place for you. I am 54 yr old, but exercise and had no issues climbing into top bunk.

Liked: Amazing staff, especially the man working at the table for taxi service! And of course, it's a great location for exploring the city.
Disliked: Very tight room for the money.
