Great hotel to put your head down and take a shower. Very clean but the Queen room is almost too small for 2 people. The toilet is located in the shower room, so it's difficult to use and water goes everywhere.

Very expensive for what you...

Disliked: The bedsheets were not clean, there was a lot of seeds (sesame seeds and other weird things) within the bed, they did not give me another room or offered any comp, and it took 40 minutes to change the sheets before I could use the room.

Good

Liked: Friendly staff and facilities. Good restaurants nearby. Subway a few blocks up. Bakeries and bagels nearby as well as grocery. Common areas of the hotel are good including a traffic isolated large courtyard.
Disliked: The room is adequate, but is like a cruise boat and not for entertaining. One does have to learn how to live in it with two people, but after adapting a day, it was actually very functional. Not for pro sports players or for those with gargantuan suitcases. For everyone else it is fine especially since most NYC rooms are diminutive and you are out and about.

Liked: The location suited me personally since it was near a friend and near the subway.

Exceptional

Amazing POD!

Liked: As a solo traveler, i got a pod just enough space for bed and shower area but has a huge window facing to the street and it did not feel closed up. Clean so far, linens and enough towels. The rooftop garden was a plus, had coffee up there in the morning! And their hotel walls have climbing real plants! Would love to stay here again in my next NY trip.
Disliked: Sorry, but all things on this place was way more than I expected.

Perfect spot if you plan...

Liked: Small but comfortable room, new finishes, was a perfect place for my time there.
Disliked: My room looked right onto a courtyard, at eye level, which meant I had to keep the blinds closed for any sort of privacy. Would suggest putting a screen on the glass for privacy.
