Liked: The location and the staff are simply the best.Located in Murray Hill which is one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Manhattan, but also walking distance from basically everything you want to see. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the cleaners do an excellent job. Whenever we visit there is always cleanliness and nice smell.

Liked: Great location. Clean, new towels, cleaning every day.
Disliked: One problem: in both rooms that I was offered, there was noise from some generator.

Liked: i liked the smell of the establishment, very refreshing. i also liked the option for breakfast.
Disliked: i didn’t like that they said the rooftop deck was accessible, and it was not. that was one of the reasons i booked and was very disappointed. not sure why they had the doors locked to it.
