In need of a safety...

Disliked: My room had a door that did not lock via deadbolt. It looked like the door needed to be completely redone and that the hotel was aware of it because there was old plywood over a piece of it. The room’s toilet had been used prior to my arrival and the shower curtain needs complete replacing as it was very stained. Mostly, I worried about my safety as the door deadbolt was not aligned at all preventing it from locking. It also seemed as if I had a room that is provided to pet owners as the floor definitely had dogs in it. I tile front desk about the problematic lock. I was there with a scrapbook group and have stayed here in the past many times without any issues. It would also be nice if you moved breakfast closing to 11 am again or kept the door open so scrapbookers could access hot water, kettle, toaster etc.

Will stay again.
Liked: We have stayed at this location before and chose it again because our previous stay had been very good. The facilities are well kept, the staff very friendly, and we enjoy the pool and hot tub as well as the breakfast.
