Very good
Liked: Had everything we needed. Nice rooms, comfortable beds
Disliked: Advertised room service until 10pm. Call up at 8.45pm to order ice cream sundae and told kitchen closed chef gone home oh but we could have toasties. If you advertise it you should be able to provide it.

Liked: I like the layout of the room. The table and chairs allowed me to use my laptop. Windows open for fresh air. Lighting in the room is excellent. AC good. Nice layout of the hotel, everything close by and easy to get to.
Disliked: May seem petty but was a bit congested getting in the door, quite cramped however given the design I can't see how this could be improved. No bowls for food. No ventilation in the shower, lots of steam.

Liked: The only place I’ll stay in New Plymouth. The staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and comfy. The restaurant is great too.

Liked: Great location clean n tidy room nice pool great parking spaces
Disliked: Check out is 10am asian cleaner knocked on door and opened door at 8.45am saying thought we were gone,rooms not sound proof heard all out side men n cars and drunks in hall way banging from rooms next to me either side many people having partys wanted to use spa n pool round 10am went out there were people on the piss drinking partying even when the sign on pool says no drinking is no changing room by pool so had to walk threw the gym and to elevator then to room wet last night had little sleep as party goers went till 4am so was very disappointed in stay as I work long hours n days and wanted spot to rest n relax away from home .no bowls or decent amount of cutlery had 2 tea spoons 2 bread saucers and 2 forks that's it other hotel I go to have bowls,plates knifes forks spoons n more,for price I paid for 2 nights was disappointed.
