Liked: The location of the beach bungalow was fantastic, steps from the beach with a separate adults-only pool. The beach resort offered beach chairs and umbrellas, which the amazing staff was more than happy to set up for you in a location of your choice. A big shout out to Liam, who helped us with our umbrellas on multiple days. He was kind, highly competent, and ready to help however he could. The coffee shop had a nice selection of pastries, and the restaurant offered a decent menu. It was only a 15-minute walk along the beach to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea, which has great restaurants, stores, and an Italian bakery. It was a great place to rest for a few days before attending a work conference elsewhere in the city.
Disliked: We booked a bungalow suite with a kitchenette and the picture of the room on the website had beautiful windows looking out over the pool, with a view of the beach. The room we were given did not have any view, had very small windows and was in a building adjacent to the one featured on the website. We asked the front desk if we could switch to the room we thought we had booked, and she said that they were all full, which, from our observation when we were there, didn't seem to be the case. Overall, the room was nicely appointed and we appreciated having a kitchen, however, it was disappointing not to get the room we had expected.

It was an enjoyable stay....

Liked: I love the swimming pool size, although it was a bit warm for my taste, but I enjoyed swimming in it each day. I also appreciate the proximity of the hotel to the beach. I like the size of it that it is not too large.
Disliked: There’s really nothing I don’t like about the property

Just ok.

Liked: Location was good, food was good. Couldn't find the check in desk, sign was on the other side of the street leading me to the wrong building.
Disliked: Asked for a quiet room months ago while reserving room. Put us in an adjoining room with kids next store screaming and yelling probably the loudest room in the hotel.
