A pleasant journey

Liked: Easy and quite area. Very kind staff! A pleasure to stay there. I will come back when I am in the area! THANKS AGAIN!

Liked: The best part of my stay was the location. It was also quiet
Disliked: I had to ask three times for the heat to be turned on in my room. The owners control the heat from the office.

The only reason I stayed...

Liked: Location was great. Rooms need to be deep cleaned
Disliked: Needs a complete update the only reason I stayed there

Turn around and run

Disliked: dirty, musty smelling, peeling wallpaper, water stains on walls, mineral stains in sink, junky door lock. couldn't and didn't stay. Took luggage and stayed with friends on pullout couch. Left a shirt by mistake. Went to pick it up in the morning and learned that they had booked someone else in the room.

Exceptional

The fan in the bathroom...

Liked: There was no breakfast--see below.
Disliked: The info on booking.com indicated that breakfast was included at no cost. The receptionist told us that breakfast was served only on weekends. We had to drive to a town 20 minutes away to find a place serving breakfast. Booking.com should compensate us monetarily for this inconvenience. If we don't hear from you in a week, we will tell all our family and friends never to book with your organization again.
