Always awesome, we will stay...

Liked: We love the spacious King Bed rooms and the comfortable beds and awesome pillows. We purchased two pillows this stay and two the last time we stayed and we love them. The bar and other facilities on the 7th floor are exceptional. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our favorite place to stay in the reno area!
Disliked: The parking garage is a bit hard to navigate but it is clean and secure so that's awesome. If your room is on the east side of the hotel it can get noisy at the street level late at night but it has a good view of the city as seen from the included photo.

Lovely hotel with good secure...

Liked: Lovely hotel, close to downtown, and good secure onsite parking.
Disliked: We had planned to walk along the river and explore downtown, however, with all the homeless near the hotel, it did not feel safe to venture out.
