Waste of money, never again

Disliked: Dirty room. Dirt from previous guests. When asked specifically to clean the room the hairs on the floor of the bathroom were not hoovered. Breakfast not refilled so at 7:30am empty breakfast. Area dirty, food everywhere.

Good price/quality relation for short...

Liked: I spent three nights in this hotel. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is very nice, and the hotel's location is not bad. It is around 10 minutes away from Marianplatz, using the metro. The optional breakfast is also not bad but a bit expensive for the quality however, it's optional. The staff was always helpful when requested.
Disliked: Sometimes, the smell coming from the bathroom pipes was not the most pleasant. The parking area under the hotel is nice but a bit expensive compared to normal German prices - 17€ per dayAlso, the breakfast is a bit expensive - 20€ per person - for the quality of the products

Liked: Wide selection of meals at breakfast. Underground parking is OK, but expensive, could be included in the price already.
Disliked: Small rooms generally, location - next to hotel are slot-machines, just a dirty hole and nearby is a brothel. Definitely not for kids to stay anywhere around.

Liked: The staff was nice, the bartender Andrej was exceptional. The rooms were clean.
Disliked: Commodities of a 4 star hotel were missing. The tv was too slow, the iron was dirty and unusable.
