Disappointing Experience

Disliked: I booked my room for five days, and unfortunately, it has not been cleaned even once. After a glass shattered on the floor—especially concerning since I have children with me—I called to request housekeeping. Ms. Boyaz, whom I believe is the reception manager, informed me that I must hang a tag on my door at 6 AM to have my room cleaned. I understand and respect the hotel’s procedures.When I attempted to discuss this issue and explore alternative cleaning times, Ms. Boyaz abruptly shifted the conversation to my one-night extension, asking if I would be paying for it immediately. I explained that my need for housekeeping was directly related to my intention to stay another night, but instead of addressing my concerns, she hung up the phone on me. When I inquired about why the call was disconnected, she dismissively responded, “I don’t want to discuss that with you. NOW, do you want to extend or check out?!”This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is completely unacceptable. Despite my polite demeanor throughout the conversation, I was met with indifference and a lack of support. Ms. Boyaz's behavior has significantly tarnished my experience at the hotel.
