Great place to stay.

Liked: I can honestly recommend the property. We were warmly welcomed at the reception desk, staff was profesional and helpful. Explained the staying conditios clearly and politely.There’s also an underground car park and easy access to public transport.
Disliked: There’s nothing I can complain about :)

Lovely comfortable stay with very...

Liked: The food in the hotel Bistro is a little limited but very good quality and reasonably priced. Within 500 meters are various cafes/bars/takeaways and plenty of shops, bakeries patisseries etc, so you wouldn't go hungry! Next door is a Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant which is excellent.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like....

Liked: Nice view of the park, close to the tram, excellent breakfast buffet, & fine dining for dinner (if you want to eat at the hotel); this hotel is everything we need for our holidays in Prague. It's in Holesovice, so it's trendy... but only 20 minutes by tram to all the sites in Old Town.

Liked: Our stay at the Plaza Hotel met all our expectations. The hotel is not too big, but it is very warm and comfortable. The hotel staff are very pleasant and always available to answer any questions. The tram stop is one minute away from the hotel and in a 10-minute drive you are in the city center. At the reception you get a Prague card with which you get a discount on tickets at many places. The restaurant within the hotel is wonderful. We went down every night for drinks and dinner, very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was also good, there was something for everyone. The children loved the freshly squeezed juices. On departure the children also received a souvenir magnet and sweets as a gift, which is a very nice gesture from the hotel staff. We definitely plan to stay at the same hotel again.
Disliked: The only complaint about the hotel was the pillows. They were too big and hard.

Liked: Everyone was extremely helpful and the staff were lovely.The property was a bit further out of the centre but there was a tram stop just across the road which brought you straight into town which was fab! (No 14 tram)
