Liked: Decor (spanish theme) and room amenities (both bath and kitchenett)
Disliked: The email from Booking.com had the check-out time wrong (Booking.com listed it as 7:00am when the actual check-out was 11:00am

Comfortable and charming, close to...

Liked: It was lovely and very spacious (we stayed in a room that had a sofabed) and happened to have a washer/dryer as well. The bathroom and shower were also comfortable and roomy. At first, we were put in a room that did not match what we had booked, but Troy took care of it. He went out of his way to make sure our reservation matched and made sure we had all we needed. We really appreciated his hospitality. The hotel is near lots of restaurants within walking distance so that was also convenient.
Disliked: After the mistake was fixed, it was great!

Wonderful! I would highly recommend...

Liked: I loved the decor and the furnishings. I felt like we were in a Spanish Hacienda instead of a hotel! it was very clean, warm and welcoming. I go to UCLA medical Center for periodic treatments and we’ve tried many other hotels in the area. Plaza La Reina has been by far the best!
Disliked: The only issue I had was because of the timing and preparation for my UCLA procedure. I had to stay until 1:30 PM. The manager charged me for half a day extra.

Wonderful for extended stay

Liked: The room felt luxurious and comfortable/home-y at the same time. Great location at the border of Westwood village, across various restaurants but also at the quiet side next to some homes. Dog friendly with lovely little courtyard and gate on the main floor. We extended our stay a few times since Troy and the concierge made our stay fantastic.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Reception very welcoming. Room very spacious and equipped with small kitchen. Very convenient 12 minute walk to UCLA Medical Center. Parking on property. Several different restaurants right across the street.
Disliked: Parking fee of $45.

Liked: Large rooms, mostly very clean, super friendly staff, beautiful building, good price. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Fridge/freezer were dirtyLots of dust on TVI booked a room with washer/dryer, it was upgraded apparently, however that room did not include washer/dryer.
