Wonderful time, excellent service, and...

Liked: Loved the mini croissants and chocolates. The staff was super nice and helpful too! We liked that you also don’t change bedding/towels unless asked as it can be very wasteful.
Disliked: No parking at hotel, but I think that’s just life and there’s no way to change that.Noticed that there was the sound of someone dragging furniture across the floor every day. Wasn’t sure what furniture it could be as none of it moved and the office chair had wheels so it didn’t drag. We also noticed our door would shake a little every time someone in the room next to ours opened/closed their doors. We’re heavy sleepers so we didn’t mind but I could definitely see how the noise from that could make for a restless night for someone else.

Excellent stay and next time...

Liked: The hotel is very close to the main train station and old town. Bus 2 from the Salzburg airport stops next to a hotel. Facilities are very good; everything is very clean, the bed is very comfortable; the coffee, tea and even famous Mozartkugel chocolate is on offer …
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: I am very glad that the hotel has been improved significantly. We were first frightened by comments months ago concerning filthy and terrible conditions of the hotel. Howeve, there were some positive comments in the last few weeks so we decided to give us a try (plus the price was such a bargain). We were not disappointed fortunately. The room is not too spacious, however, it is perfect for short-stays. Very clean and very modern. Hot bath, kettle, tea and coffee bags, clean beddings, mini fridge, and central location - I cannot ask for anything more given the price we paid. On the other hand, it would be much better if the hotel could prepare water bottles in each room. We needed to boil the water ourselves to get some drinkable water :) Besides, they don't have 24-hour reception desk, which is a pity as some visitors might have serious flight delays or midnight flights. For us, we tried to reach the receptionist at 12AM as we were desperately thirsty but saw no one :). But never mind, in general, very very nice stay. I recommend!

Disliked: Rooms a bit small otherwise everything was just fine

Liked: Nothing except no sufficient car parking provided to the hotel guest.
Disliked: Limited carpark. But can park at street parking surrounding which is free from 7pm to 9am or carpark garage with charges.

Liked: Very nice hotel, all new and renovated. Very confortable beds, love it :)Nice complementary water, coffee, tea, also different vanity kitsIn 20 min walk you are in the old town, the walk is beautiful and safe, modern buildings (new part of the town)
Disliked: Parking - there are some renovations on the street so they just have 2 parking spots behind the hotel; it is a parking share with a mecanical shop... The alternative is to park the car at the mall, with 25 euro/day.
