Disliked: Poor customer service; room was quite dirty. Roach in the hallway. Breakfast not good.

Liked: The pool terrace and the hot tub - very nice!
Disliked: Breakfast: pretty much all sweet options; no meat/cheese.

Liked: Terrible experience. The building is infested with roaches. We couldn't even stay the night we left and was not given a refund. Very unhappy with this property.
Disliked: They had roaches, it was nasty and not cleaned an the staff was all rude

Liked: I I did not like anything about this place
Disliked: I didn’t like the room. I didn’t like the hotel because what’s online is not what is actually there the room was disgusting. The outside door had holes at the bottom so lizards and any other insects could come in the room. The walls had holes. The bathroom was disgusting. There was holes in the wall. It was just disgusting. I did not even take my shoes off. I stayed there for 20 minutes and then I checked out because it was that disgusting.
