Disliked: Poor customer service; room was quite dirty. Roach in the hallway. Breakfast not good.

Liked: The pool terrace and the hot tub - very nice!
Disliked: Breakfast: pretty much all sweet options; no meat/cheese.

Liked: They had lots of security lots of camera lots of employees there quick to accommodate and he needs that you have and the guy with the gold chain is very professional of what he do they are very organized and establish business and everything is huge they have give shop and everything is near everything

Disliked: Didn't like the room needs upgrades out of date curtain doesn't keep out the sun carpet in the rooms outdated also in the corridor painted and unkempt we stayed on the 5th floor it was not nice at all to noisy you could hear from the next room also every night my husband have to kill roaches the fourth day we had no Internet

Disliked: This was the grossest misrepresentation for a nice hotel that I have ever experienced. This place is a half way house not a hotel. All of the pictures and accommodations listed for this facility are false and do not exist. There was a bullet hole in the floor of one room, graffiti tagged on the outside of one bathtub, no lamp shade covers, filthy walls, micro mini pillows, disgusting carpets and hallways. Some of the doors to rooms couldn't even close, let alone lock to keep you safe and secure. We ended up leaving and not staying the night. They also wouldn't refund our money. I would stay far far away from this disgusting place.
