Liked: Great location. Great value. I paid 78 overall for a single king sized bed same evening, which is not too different from motel prices elsewhere. A legit hotel with some history. Clean, tidy, and good value. Wifi also good.
Disliked: I wish the windows facing Fremont were more frequently cleaned to take advantage of the lovely view, but I imagine that's not a cheap expense for an enormous hotel. The AC units are on the older side and a little noisey, but worked well.
