Worth it for the price.

Liked: The employees were so nice and helpful! We enjoyed our time at the pool and thought the location was great. For the price this was a great hotel.
Disliked: We were disappointed when we arrived at the pool and learned it closed at 5pm instead of 7pm, like it said on the welcome sheet and online. The beds also were not very comfortable and had large dips in them.

Liked: We liked the location. The pickleball courts were great. The lady, Krystal at the pool was amazing and super accommodating! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome.
Disliked: They gave us 2 smoking rooms and they stunk terrible. They would not switch us or compensate for this atrocity. The front desk supervisor was rude. They also made us pay extra for a let check out. I would never stay here again.

Disliked: Very noisy room until 2 in the morning due to activity on the street outside the hotel .We are charged an extra $30 resort fee on arrival that was not apparent when we booked via booking.com this covered free parking and use of the pool and other things that we did not want or need. We had to queue for over 15 minutes on arrival to get checked in

Disliked: There was no microwave in the room it would have been very valuable to our stay. Even if you had a way to warm up food in the lobby it would have been very convenient for the customer.
