Great location but disappointing stay.

Liked: Location.Reception staff were pleasant… but clearly overwhelmed with queues to checkout or checkin and having to put numerous phone callers on hold at the same time.
Disliked: Our first room hadn’t been cleaned.Second room was ok but all 3 of us found the beds uncomfortable.We also had a problem with no hot water. Very nice technician came to fix it but the temperature was very difficult to control… 1 mm of movement between freezing and scalding.

Liked: Great breakfast; beautiful room; perfect location in the center of the city.

Liked: The hotel is very central. Moreover there is a big underground parking place just across the road under a lovely piazza with restaurants and coffee shops.
Disliked: Having a bath instead of a shower and on arrival had to look at sundry rooms till we found one acceptable to us.
