Perfect location and staff

Liked: The location was perfect. It is 400 meters from metro and Arc de Triomphe. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Generally satisfaying.

Liked: Room size a bit small. I guess they are all the same with the other hotels near this region.
Disliked: No microwave, no refrigerators.

Exceptional

Liked: Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. We were graciously allowed to check in early, and the receptionist who assisted us was both friendly and professional. She formed a wonderful connection with our daughter, impressing us by addressing her by name—a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated close to the Arc de Triomphe and just a short walk from the metro. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with amenities like a coffee machine and bottled water, leaving us completely satisfied.While the breakfast area was relatively small, which seems to be common in Paris hotels (even in higher-end establishments—we stayed at another 4-star hotel with a similarly small breakfast area), we found it hard to criticize. The lady attending the breakfast service worked tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly, and her dedication was commendable.Overall, we had an excellent experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Excellent location, small but cosy hotel. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Very small rooms & bathroom.

A pleasant stay at plaza...

Liked: Central location and fairly modern
Disliked: The room is quite small and you could hear the metro when it passes underground..

A few Cons but for...

Liked: Location is the excellent. A two to three minute walk to the iconic Arc de Triumphe. And two streets over from the Champs Elysee .. and very close the venue I was going to. Quirky but interesting building. The staff I met were friendly, courteous and exceptionally helpful.
Disliked: The room was so small for a superior status. Rooms tightly packed together. Super narrow corridors. Difficult if disabled just about enough elbow room. Could hear the conversation from guests in next room .. and hear the showers from rooms above as well as next door. Was wakened by the rumble and vibrations from the Metro
