Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned when I entered the room, towels in the bath, empty coffee cups and the bed was messy. It was resolved but not great

Liked: I've stayed here before location was spot on .very spacious room .Comfortable clean .

Totally Disappointing

Liked: Having stayed in a great many hotels this other than F1 in France was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in .
Disliked: Needs 2 bedside tables ( not one )Need to be able to reach light switch from both side of the bed .When you have a leaflet telling you how to phone reception and other numbers it is Desirable to have a phone in the room .There was no way of getting the WiFi pass code other than getting dressed again and walking toreception The Password given was wrong at first but when connected it said “not available . “The bed was uncomfortable . Like a premier inn bed well passed it’s expiry date .We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and at that time it was perfect by our standards in all respects .There were no power points on the bed side of the room to be able to connect a phone charger or other electrical device .
