Old hotel, bad price value

Excellent stay

Liked: Loved the location and view from the bedroom and balcony. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room and hotel were spotless. Loved the parrots. Food that we has was very good.. Pools were lovely. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing that we disliked.

Great for couples in off-peak...

Liked: Comfortable bed, great view over the beach, lots of room and storage. Nice welcome pack of fruit, cava and water. The hotel is in a great location immediately across from the beach. Generally, staff were welcoming and accommodating.
Disliked: I would have liked the option of a walk-in shower instead of just a deep bath tub with shower attachment (although there are now a few new rooms and suites which have recently been updated with walk-in showers which I wasn't aware of when I booked). The toilet is in a separate room not next to the bathroom. I would have preferred a proper coffee machine with capsules instead of the kettle and instant coffee in the room. I didn't like that you couldn't refill your water bottle from the machine in the restaurant. There's no on-site parking, but free street parking next to the hotel and small car park - which is great when off-peak, but very busy at peak times and there's a short walk with your luggage into the property.

Disliked: It was empty and unfriendly. The whole group of these hotels are the same. Look elsewhere you can do better.

Stay ok, room nice, restaurant...

Liked: Nice room but it was October and the hotel was empty . Buffet food was ok but say 5 out of 10. Location great.
Disliked: I couldn’t get to the hotel for one night out of the three I booked . Reason was a government red weather warning not to travel being issued. I notified the hotel but it still took £160 for the nights stay from my account. I guess they need the money to put towards refurbishment. Found the hotels groups management very very unhelpful and accommodating. Use a lot of hotels and would make sure I never go back to one of this groups. Plenty more to chose from.

Liked: The staff was very attentive.
Disliked: Although it says that it has A/C, they only turn it on during summer months. The room had a horrible moldy smell, only one outlet and the furniture needs to be refreshed.
