Extremely positive experience

Liked: We spent a night in a deluxe room and the experience was amazingly positive. The room was very cozy and elegant and the wellness area, which is included in the price, was a wonderful plus to the experience. There is a cardio area, steam room, finnish sauna, a jacuzzi and a billiard room, and you can also access to other services. The staff members were super kind. Everything was taken care of to the smallest detail and I strongly suggest this hotel. You will not only have a beautiful accommodation, but also an extremely relaxing experience.

Liked: I’ve been here twice and I would love to come back. The price-quality is worth it, there are not many places like this for this price. Also the hotel itself is special like an old palace and not a usual hotel.

Disliked: Limited availability of breakfast selection.Very small parking that costs a lot.My initial room was damaged - the frame of the door was barely hanging. Weird sounds coming from the bathroom like something was falling apart. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. The towels were destroyed. The lamp was barely hanging. I asked to switch rooms which was agreed. However the second room also had damaged towels and dirty walls around the bed area, but room was better than the first one. Hotel definitely does not deserve “5 stars”.
