Lovely Hotel with Excellent Staff...

Liked: Great location and a lovely hotel with very professional and welcoming staff. The room is typical of Paris—small but exceptionally clean.
Disliked: A kettle in the room would be a nice addition.

Considerate staff in a professionally...

Liked: Manager of the property was exceptionally kind. I had pre-paid and mistakenly booked the wrong date with strict no cancellation policy but he was very understanding of my obvious mistake in showing up on the wrong date and providing me with a room and not double charging me.

Fantastic stay in Paris

Liked: Superb location and wonderful hospitality. Mr. Abu at the reception is ever ready to be at your help. His warmth is unforgettable. Wish they provided tea maker in the room.
