Lovely family time spent in...

Liked: We stayed in the Llechwedd Glamping tents as we wasn’t able to stay at the hotel. We were very happy with our accommodation, it felt like we were staying in a cabin as opposed to a tent!It was clean, warm and very comfortable. The beds were lovely, the shower was fab and we had a fully equipped kitchenette where we cooked some lovely meals. As there’s no TV, we played board games and cards which was great as these days too much family time can be spent on phones or television/films. We had breakfast on our own terrace and walked our dogs on the Quarry paths early in the morning. Watching the zip lines across the quarry was fun too!We had our own log fire which was a lovely treat of an evening whilst playing chess. Highly recommended.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property at all. The only minus was having to park our car at the bottom of the steep slate track to the tents and having someone drive us up in their 4X4. We decided to pack our car the night before, making several trips up and down the slate track so we only had to walk down ourselves with our dogs in the morning that we checked out.

Liked: Loved everything. We had 2 rooms for the 4 of us. Both rooms where clean and comfortable. We stayed to go to the zipmas event. It was so handy just across the way and the restaurant and bar was lovely jn the evening. Staff very attentive and helpful. Would recommend and stay again
