Liked: Great location; kind and helpful owners. Good in room lighting and access to USB charging stations. Decent Wi-Fi, too!
Disliked: Feels a bit dated, the towels were dingy, No in room coffee maker.

I will not stay there...

Liked: That it was close to lake.
Disliked: That a drunk man told me off because my dog got out without a leash. People were rude. When I canceled I still had to pay full price.

Cute, quiet, homey stay with...

Liked: Cute and old-style home with a recliner in our unit since that’s all my mom can sleep in. Nice little kitchen and tiny bathroom, with toiletries but there was no coffee, but there was a coffee maker. It’s a mystery where heat is emitted from, but on chilly nights it definitely worked. Great air conditioning units as well. My only complaint was that the bed squeaked and pillows were not at all comfortable. But it was clean, with working TVs and the staff were so helpful. We thought the bugs flying around were huge mosquitoes but they were instead either mayflies or muffleheads, both completely harmless. The little house is right next to Lake Erie and it was beautiful; you can walk down to a really pretty private beach. We really enjoyed the vibe here and definitely recommend it.
Disliked: Squeaky bed, uncomfortable pillows, no coffee provided. Since it’s a house should provide a few more cleaning supplies and trash bags. Minor issues overall.

This motel was good for...

Liked: Price was great, and loved the location.The owners are working to update the motel.
Disliked: Bathroom door didn't shut, but everything else was fine.

Good place to stay; management...

Liked: Right on Lake Erie; 2 beds, small refrigerator with freezer. Motel-so we could park right by our room.
Disliked: Shower dripped all the time. Bathroom floor wet

Great little get away

Liked: Owners were wonderful.
Disliked: The beds and pillows not as comfortable.

Liked: No brkfst offered.
Disliked: Sink plunger broken . Basin could not hold water.Poor lighging due to plug in outlet not working.Did anyone check to be sure all was in worki g order? We dont think so. .We wanted one of the nice little cottages as we enjoyed at our first visit. It was cute,cosy and all was in working order.

Liked: The cottages are nice and homey
Disliked: The owner Todd Anderson was so disrespectful and rude towards me.. When I called back because I missed a call he said “Good girl for calling back” with an attitude.. I will not ever be coming back.. been staying here 3 years in a row for the cedar point halloweekends and I know next year I’ll be finding a new place because the attitude towards me and threatening to lock me out of my cottage was uncalled for
