Disappointing

Liked: Good location, comfortable bed
Disliked: I have decided to use the self check in machine after noticing the huge line with only 2 staff members to do check ins. My keys did not work and there was no explanation on how to deal with the parking. The email instructed me to find an agent but no one’s around. Again , only two front desk workers overloaded and a 30min wait to talk to them.I have decided to call the hotel to get help and the info I received was to use my hotel key to leave the parking.That was WRONG.When I checked out I couldn’t get my car out of parking and had to pay it again The hotel offered a refund from their amount. (The discounted one) By the end I paid full parking as it was impossible to actually talk to a human being while in the hotel.I understand it was busy and the machines can makes things quicker, but the lack of support made my stay in the hotel very stressful one

Liked: Location & rooms were clean
Disliked: The 1st night stay was terrible as we were placed in a room that was backed to the express elevator which was noisy beyond reasonable so no rest was able to be had. We requested a room change for our final 3 nights and it was granted though we could still here the elevator a little bit. Clearly the elevators need to be serviced. The 2nd issue I had was no in room coffee was provided so I was guided to the Starbucks in the lobby where it cost me $24.85 for 2 grande size cups of coffee , can’t remember ever staying in any other hotel that didn’t provide coffee.
