Amazing!

Liked: It's hard to find a better location to stay in Nashville. The hotel is right across from the Four Seasons, which is one of the best hotels in the city. The room is spacious, with a kitchen and all the amenities for an excellent stay.
Disliked: The only downside is the parking, which is a bit expensive.

An excellent lodging option in...

Liked: More pros than cons! Very nice property; ease of checking in; ease of use of parking garage; excellent downtown location, close to Broadway and major downtown sites. Loved the room; small balcony; good size bathroom; ample hot shower water; cozy bedroom; plenty of closet space; nice having a kitchen and living area. Several dining options very close by. PIN code entry so need for a key card. In room washer and dryer. Very good value for the money
Disliked: I asked twice to speak to a manager over a minor item; however, the manager never reached out to me. Minor annoyances…but would have been nice to have…no Kleenex tissues; for 2 people/ 4 nights should have extra towels; no utensils; not enough Keurig coffee pods; sofa not comfortable (back is way too low). Not enough clothes hangers.

Liked: We love the size of the rooms. The location is awesome.
Disliked: I wish we could have had a room near the people we traveled with. We requested it prior to the trip and once we were there but were told they could not accommodate the request.

Excellent place to stay if...

Liked: The location is excellent. The apartment looks beautiful and is well-equipped. The parking is right next door and accessible from the same building.
Disliked: This is not a location to experience a quiet night - the building noises (ventilation shafts or fans) are extremely loud 24 hours.

Comfy clean self contained, good...

Liked: Really nice rooms and great location, close to broadway. Shiv was so helpful and upgraded my room cause I had issues with hot water. I liked the ability to wash my laundry.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was weak, so I struggled to wash my hair. The other staff weren’t helpful and were rude when asking them for help. But Shiv was great he worked it out. I would stay again cause it’s comfortable and convenient location with no hills.

Liked: Location was great. My daughter and her friend were able to walk to Bridgestone arena for a show.
Disliked: Cleanliness def an 8-someone else’s wet towel still hanging on door.
