Liked: Very nice suite, very conveniently located. Friendly and service oriented lobby staff (online support is not helpful)
Disliked: Skip the online pre-arrival check-in. It’s cumbersome and even not lawful to having to leave them your online passport scan and selfie. Just skip this and go straight to the lobby and get yourself checked in.

Great comfy stay

Liked: Great location to get to the main areas of the city. The room is a good size and has a full kitchen. The temperature control is easy to use and the Aircon not too loud. Overall a really comfy stay!
Disliked: If you book the parking online it says it's $50 per night but if you ask for a parking permit in person it's $35+vat. Not sure why there's a difference in price.The housekeeping staff are REALLY quick to move in after you leave with suitcases. We were doing a couple of trips to the car and within a few minutes they had cleared our groceries and food for our day ahead and we didn't manage to get it all back. The hotel were very gracious and gave us some money back so that's all good, just be aware that they are very efficient at clearing out if your suitcases aren't present.The park nearby that our room had a view over is currently a building site. Not much the hotel can do about that but it's not the best view
