Liked: Staff was exceptional
Disliked: We put two postcards in the lobby mail drop box... the first on Thursday 3/27... imagine my irritation when I found it still there on Sunday when I put the second postcard in.

We had a wonderful stay!

Liked: The staff at front desk were so helpful answering my questions about how to get to our tour from cable car. The rooms were clean and love the decor! I love that we had access to watch movies on Netflix. Loved the pool and courtyard. Yes we will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Clean and rooms were designed beautifully, the pool and gardens, easy walkability to Jackson Square.

Perfect FQ location, fantastic staff,...

Liked: The location is wonderful, centrally located in the FQ. Parking was convenient, easy and nice to be able to have in/out access and know it’s secure. The room was clean and comfortable, and quiet. The staff were above and beyond.

Liked: The location was perfection!! New everything we wanted to see and do. Our room was an interior room with no window and we were a little worried about feeling "trapped" but it was so beautifully arranged and decorated we felt so comfy. We spent a lot of time on a small balcony that was at the end of the hallway, and the staff was amazing. It was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed and so comfy.
Disliked: There was absolutely NOTHING to not like.

Liked: Perfect, convenient location near Jackson Square, beautiful courtyards, charming decor, very friendly staff.

Liked: The location was absolutely perfect. Jackson Sq is a 30 second walk. Bourbon Street is less than 2 minutes. The hotel definitely has that New Orleans vibe to it. The courtyard is super charming.
Disliked: I had no complaints with the property itself. The only drawback was we ended up next to the loudest girls trip trio(I assume) of all time. Was surprised voices could carry through like that. Absolutely not the hotel’s fault though.
