Disliked: They previously served breakfast. I understand that they discontinued it during Covid. Let’s bring it back!!!

Liked: Convenient location. Lovely courtyard.
Disliked: The initial room was an interior room without a window and the smell of bleach was so strong, it was hard to breathe. We were “upgraded” at cost to a room that faced the street. The room smelled like mold, the bed frame on one of the beds was broken, and the shower was clogged with hair. Because of its location, the room was very noisy. The front desk clerk was polite and although he partially accommodated our needs, it felt passively aggressive but the car valet and the bellman were downright rude.

Disliked: We were out in a bedroom with no window. We couldn't believe this exists with fire regulations so strict. Not acceptable. There should be a window looking out onto the coffee area above the bed at least.

Liked: Location is excellent. Walking distance to most of the places on our list.
Disliked: our room the first night had no windows. This should be highlighted when the reservation is made. We moved to an awesome room with windows on the second day.
