Liked: The bellboy, front desk, bar and wait staff were very nice.
Disliked: The food was not fresh and there was a lot of noise on my floor so we did not get any rest!

Disliked: Took 30 minutes to get an elevator to go check out of room, slow elevators after event, took 20 to 30 minutes to get elevator to get to room. Room was not ready when we checked in at 1730. Room was to be ready at 1600. No discount was offered due to this inconvenience

Great place for a weekend...

Liked: Location and cleanliness Nice bar and restaurant in the lobby area
Disliked: The elevators are slow

Liked: location was perfect for paints arena events. staff were friendly
Disliked: Was not pleased that we could not get into our room until 6pm. When booking on an events weekend you'd think they'd over staff so things were ready. Having a full house cannot be rare for this location. Not getting let in when you pay to have access at 4pm is frustrating. Definitely should have offered everyone waiting at least a small discount. We traveled for hours and needed to get ready.

Liked: It was nice being next to the arena for the show we went to.
Disliked: We were forced to Valet park because we had a big truck, so had to pay 50 for that ontop of the room already being close to 300. Then the Buffett at the restaurant for breakfast was very minimal for 22.50 a person, insane! I literally ate bacon and toast for 22.50!
