Disliked: Was cold at night and the thermostats were tricky to use. A second blanket in the room would have helped.

Liked: Wonderful location. Beautiful breakfast restaurant.
Disliked: The room was a little cooler than I would have liked.

Disliked: Tired public areas. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Disappointing

A perfect location for our...

Liked: The people on the concierge desk were very friendly and accommodating, especially Icrom, whom we had several opportunities to visit with. Martina and Enzo in the breakfast room were very pleasant, too.
Disliked: The choice of food offered in the breakfast room could have been more varied, and the air-conditioning in our room 505 could have cooled the room a little better.

Did not meet the expectations...

Liked: Location was great! Easily walkable but loud for sleeping.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable, when we asked for if there was anything that could be done to help this they offered a mattress topper and when we returned to our room they had placed a mattress topper and left our sheets, pillows and blankets all over the floor(which wasn't cleaned) and didn't make the bed or clean the room.Shower/bath was leaking water every time we showered all over the floors. Mould in the shower. No shampoo or conditioner provided only an all in one "body gel/soap" and it was empty upon our arrival.Didn't expect the super high "city tax" per person per night. Was 3x the price of any other city in Italy we stayed at.

Liked: Great location to a lot of places. Duomo, the Arno, etc. breakfast in the morning was perfect. 7-10:30am.
Disliked: The HVAC died in our room. Door lock battery died. They swapped our rooms but had to endure the first night with fans. Rough night sleep.
