This time not as expected.....but...

Liked: Room very nice
Disliked: Breakfast was not as usual.....scrambled eggs cold and almost empty...not refilled, in spite that staff was almost each time present. Only herb baguette available.....no rolls anymore for having a roll with jam....rolls as well not filled up.... I was looking forward for a crunchy roll with jam....and not jam on herb baguette.... I would like, that staff would take more care about such things.....as it was at my previous stays.

Excellent hotel, great location.

Liked: It was very clean, the food was very good, and the staff were very helpful. Would fully recommend.

Liked: Area ,swimming pool ,design of the hotel, Nice staff and breakfast.
Disliked: I had lots of dead flies around the shade from the lightbulb disgusting, not the best shampoo and bodywash for expensive hotel, furnitures very very old seems like they save money to keep business going

Liked: Only the location!!! It is a shame in such excellent location people don’t know how to do business to attract tourists. Nor how to be polite when something is wrong with the room.
Disliked: Property was filthy!Bathroom had build up dirt for months possibly which have changed to mould the lovely looking bathroom. Such a shame and waist of equipment. Windows are not opening. We understand safety first. Then you should have excellent running air conditioners. Instead was dusty and blowing so much nasty air. If you have asthma like me,you are doomed. Kettle had stali nasty water in. We had to clean it ourselves as when we found out as it was after dinner and too late to call anyone to replace it.We informed resectionist about the filthy bathroom. The lady apologised. Then they send someone to clean it. We went out to give them time and chance to make it up. When we got back it was slightly better but not 4 star experience. No where near even one star. If I could give negative rate would choose “-4 stars”.When we complained to the receptionist this time a male. He just stayed” I guess you are leaving tomorrow then”. NoApologies or anything to offer to make it up for the situation. We try to sleep and think about to find another hotel on the next day. But as we lie down we all felt breathless. With all the theme of Anubis- the guardian of the death felt like having the real experience of sleeping in Tutankhamen’s tomb for real experience. Only sarcophagus instead of beds were missing. We decided we are moving in different hotel and checked out before midnight.

Liked: The pool and gym are available from 6 am to 10 pm, clean room, very diversified breakfast
Disliked: They charged me 400 pln, and later in the morning they said that the room I was given was more pricey and I have to pay extra
