Good central location

Liked: Good central location and liked the kitchenette and fireplace in the room.Suggest front desk reception take some host guest training, as a better welcoming vibe on check in would be appreciated on future visits.

Liked: Guest services manager Tom was very accommodating and provided us with a room upgrade upon check in. Suite came with Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and kitchen facilities.
Disliked: Unfortunately one bed has a deep depression and the mattress felt like it needed replacement.

Very good

Disliked: Real (liquid) dairy coffee whitener in the mini-fridge would be welcome. The powder doesn't do the job. I brought cream home from our friendly dinner restaurant to use the next morning.
