Prime location

Liked: Location is incredible, close to everything yet quiet enough to rest well at night. Tommy at the front desk was lovely and extremely helpful, had a wonderful experience.

Worst ever I experience in...

Disliked: My credit card statement indicate that They double charged me, it happen because as they asked for credit card details at check in to block the security deposit amount which later on appeared as deducted from my credit card account as purchase. Then suddenly and WITHIUT my approval they charged me for room on top and similar to my payment at booking. com, therefore I was charged by booking,com and the hotel too. They promised to refund the duplicate room charge amount but they never did so an of no . Instead they justify this duplication happening a result of switching front desk staff I.e.. shift changing. Furthermore, the security deposit is not yet released no refunded yet.
