We were very happy with...

Liked: The 1st night, we were in the middle of the rooms at the back of building and it was quiet. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable; the kitchen allowed cooking(!), the bathroom clean and good sized, and the location was great. There were 2 outdoor fireplaces for gathering outside and enjoying company or looking at the night sky. When we arrived, we were met by a wonderful woman in the receptionist office who was helpful and, as we chatted the next day, very engaging.
Disliked: We moved the 2nd night, bc they had a cancellation so we could stay but in a different room. The room was larger since it has 2 rooms (2 beds in a separate room & the kitchen/living are separate). Though bigger, it was loud all night with a mechanical pump sound coming on continually, and 1 of 2 queen beds had a bad mattress. It was the 1st room on the side of property and the stairwell was immediately outside the door. There were more rooms above and next to it with loud footsteps heard and doors closing, which were noises not heard in the other room, and it was right off the driveway.

Liked: charming grounds/trees and shrubs, swimming pool. We got an upgrade, enjoyed townhse w own balcony and kitchen. Great location! we walked everywhere....Helpful staff
Disliked: there was a constant loud humming noise near our bathroom, possibly the fan from another unit. ....The hot tub was not fully hot when Matt used it Monday am.

Great 1 night stay at...

Liked: The property is in an excellent location and is very clean. Our interactions with the staff were very pleasant and they were very helpful and easy to work with.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Superb

Liked: The staff was friendly and the room very clean. The location on Shore Rd is great. They had a nice family area with picnic tables and firepits in the back as well as pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickle ball courts. There was a living room area as well as a full kitchenette.
Disliked: The bedroom was on the second floor by itself which meant going down 15 steps to where the bathroom was located on the first floor in the middle of the night. That was the only inconvenience for an older couple

Close to everything!

Liked: Right on Shore road where it is easy to walk to center or the cove. Marginal way right there! The hotel has big rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I’d give it 10 stars but gave it 9 because the bed was not very comfortable. I could feel the springs so that is something they could update.

I booked a studio, but...

Liked: The property is very well mentained, the room was very clean and luminous and location, while not on the ocean front, very practical, 15 minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes away from Marginal Way. Parking is free, interesting when you know it costs 40 USD for a day at the beach parking!

Superb

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, upgraded us just because from a suite to a townhouse, easy walking distance to downtown, Marginal Way, beach and Perkins Cove. Quiet although it was full, we were there in October so few families. Every room seemed to have a balcony with chairs. Felt like they cared about guests!

Great stay !! Beautiful weather...

Liked: Clean and Comfortable, Plenty of room and Convenient to walk to most destinations ! Some nice restaurants close- by 👍
Disliked: No breakfast Included !
