Liked: This hotel was very accommodating for pets for a very reasonable fee. Staff members were quite helpful with any requests.
Disliked: There were no tissues in the room.

Liked: The staff were amazing and super friendly. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed swimming in the dead of winter, which was great! The room was spacious, and they even had a store within the hotel if you forgot any basic items.
Disliked: Unfortunately, lots of upgrades were going on, so it was kinda noisy early morning. It would also be nice if they had a dog station with doggie bags for their #2 and disposal within an area to let your dogs go to the restroom. A lil doggie poop park would've been awesome

Disliked: Everything. Would not give me refund. And said very threatening thing in return. Staff were rude, had questions people all around the property, felt unsafe. Looked nothing like the photos.False advertising.
