Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything. Would not give me refund. And said very threatening thing in return. Staff were rude, had questions people all around the property, felt unsafe. Looked nothing like the photos.False advertising.

Disliked: Domestic disturbance across the hall staff informed me they couldn't prove it occured so did nothing. Came and accused me of smoking in my room after I came inside from smoking 80 ft away from the side door, we had only been there maybe 10 min...we decided this was not the place for us, staff sat out front smoking cigarettes and refused to help me. Gave me a number to call instead..... refused to refund my money, wouldn't even call me only text, then ended BLOCKING my number. All in all UNPROFESSIONAL...GHETTO... id just like my money back from a two night stay that ended 20 minutes after checking in

Expected more for the price...

Liked: It was a good sized room in a good location close to restaurants and Sunrise ski park.
Disliked: The place felt run down and dirty. Bathroom layout was strange and felt like a hospital. The sheets on the bed were old and threads coming loose with some small stains. The advertised fireplace did not work. The coffee maker wasnt cleaned and didn't work. They only provided 3 pillows and 3 towles in a room with a king bed. The front check in office was cluttered and disorganized. The walls are paper thin and whoever was staying above us was slammed a door all night long we did not sleep well

Would’ve preferred a different room.

Disliked: The room was bad screws coming out of the floor in the bathroom and the threshold needed to be painted. Was not what we were expecting.

Up graded Clean King Bed...

Liked: New Owners have up graded a lot. Clean Big King Room. They do have a little snack bar & heat up food. Coffee in Room. Great parking. Staff was great. Casino pretty close. Lakes close also.
Disliked: Shower curtain could use a wash. Bring Back A little Breakfast.
