Liked: I like the location and the friendly staff.
Disliked: I could hear all my neighbors below me all night long. Better flooring is needed to soundproof the rooms. Also light switches and doors can be cleaned better as well as any pictures on the wall that have residue on them.

Good alternative to Sedona as...

Liked: Cottonwood was a small town, we had to drive to the old town. Room and amenities were clean and as expected.
Disliked: No complaints about the rooms.

Liked: 4 StarsGreat hotel experience overall. Check-in was easy with no issues, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no elevator—just stairs. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it could be a concern for others with mobility needs.

Disliked: Loud people drinking & smoking right outside our room. Not allowing us to sleep.This went on for a couple hours.
