Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodated our early check in so we could nap our baby. The room was nice and clean, the location was perfect for walking to the river (ask where the stairs are); breakfast was enjoyable and overall we had a great experience.
Disliked: While the deck overlooking the river is wonderful the busy road is a bit distracting.

Disliked: There for 4 nights, we requested a tidy up fresh towels trash removal halfway through never happened. Then that last night, our hotel Key didn't work to get into the hotel but did work for the room. Luckily, someone showed up and let us in.

Liked: It’s close enough to the town center for it to be accessible but also far enough away that it’s quiet and peaceful! It’s super cozy and felt like home away from home. We booked a suite and we were blown away with how comfortable it was and beautifully it was set up for our arrival.
Disliked: I can’t fault anything honestly

Liked: The room was exceptional, clean and comfortable. The tub/shower was somewhat antiquated but acceptable (It really should be a nice large walk-in shower. The breakfast area was nice and would benefit from coffee pitchers for slow morning people. The exterior was okay.
Disliked: The tube shower combination (antiquated)
