Disliked: very early in the morning people, including kids we're yelling and some metal thing kept banging against the floor or the walls and housekeeping was rude and disrespectful.d

Liked: Not much
Disliked: Not very clean, the outside of the property hasn’t been cleaned up in years and has broken bottles and trash everywhere. The promote a coin laundry which after I already loaded the wash machine found out they don’t even work. Just after dark as I was coming in for the night a lady and kids were leaving the pool area and said they had to leave because of intoxicated guests, I had to go out to my vehicle at 9:30 pm and there was a guy out in the parking lot with only a pair of shorts on screaming at the top of his lungs (he was by himself and it was around 40 degrees out that night). This was not a pleasant stay.

Disliked: Tough to get ahold of staff. I called to book, no answer so I booked through 3rd party. called front desk for question about WiFi - no answer again.

Disliked: Had to be moved to 3 different rooms on a one night stay because things were broken. So no time to relax. Hotel was not clean staff did not seem to care things were broken and that had to keep moving us. Not worth the price we paid to have a horrible stay.

this place needs a miracle

Liked: beds were comfy, location is right by many local restaurants, front desk staff is always available. the steam room was very nice.
Disliked: booking said room came with a balcony, it did not. the TV in my room didn't work. floors in my room were very dirty. construction work EVERYWHERE in the building, even in the listed amenities, making them not useable. MANY dirty wet ceiling tiles & visible rust all over windows, doors, and even in pool. pool floors had nasty amounts of visible dirt, even when freshly opened- is anyone scrubbing them?ripped up and not replaced carpet in front of pool, not even blocked off. There's a general "abandoned building" feel to everywhere in the hotel except the front desk.there's a giant dead dragonfly and lots of dirt on the pool ceiling.a lot of the pool area has the "landlord special"- thick coating of blue paint over original structure. it feels like they're one more change of ownership away from closing for good
