Fantastic... Would definitely stay again

Liked: The hotel is really comfortable and clean (and amazing fragrant smell). The staff were really friendly. The room was nice and it was great to have the lounge to.use throughout our stay.
Disliked: The hotel is a little out of the centre although it's in a lovely neighborhood which is nice to explore. Just be prepared to either get a taxi, tram, or walk about 40 minutes if you want to explore the centre

I can’t wait to visit...

Liked: Everything.Clean, high-end rooms.Top-notch service.Beautiful building and area (park).Quiet and pleasant.Location was great. It was not in the center of the city, making it a peaceful, relaxing and safe experience. But all great neighborhoods and attractions were a short walk or tram ride away.
Disliked: €70 fixed price can ride to the hotel was steep and unexpected. Uber would have cost us €37.

The most exquisite hotel I...

Liked: This hotel is world class. Our entire experience was phenomenal.
Disliked: The hotel isn’t central however sits right on a tram line that takes you straight into the city in 10mins so it’s not an issue and is honestly so nice to not be in the touristy area of Amsterdam. It could be an issue for people not comfortable taking trams however it was perfect for us.

Exceptional, will stay here again.

Liked: The daily treats in the room when we returned every day. Daily rental on bicycles. Enjoyed the restaurants; breakfast and dinner. Loved the separate 24 hour library with coffee and desserts.

Overall an excellent hotel with...

Liked: Beautiful park side location! We had rooms on the ground floor looking out into the park. They have a Living Room — a beautiful space for you to rest while you have complementary coffee and pastries. Breakfast next door at Spring Brasserie was also excellent with many choices in an alacarte buffet.
Disliked: Do pre-book breakfast as it will cost 16 euros before you come and 44 euros if you order it when here.
